A Place to Land

The time is finally here! I am now accepting clients for astrological chart readings, and it’s been a long time coming. I’ve been studying for five almost six years: discussing with friends, observing life, communing at my altar, and admiring nature.

There’s always more to learn, and for the longest I thought I didn’t know enough about astrology to be able to guide people through a chart. But now, with a sigh of relief and a wide smile, I can say that I am confident in my skills and ability to evolve, grow, and listen, and be able to share my knowledge and wisdom. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned these past few months, it’s that at some point, holding on to my gifts and not using them to help others is selfish. I wasn’t granted this ability to keep it all to myself. If anything harboring my gifts is an act of colonial teaching; an act of capitalist competition.

Part of waiting this long to open myself up to the world is gaining a true level of commitment to myself. I’ve found it easy to give my time and energy to others, yet dedicate much less the same to the things and activities that I love. We should all be able to align ourselves with what drives us and sustain that way of living.

I have a lot to offer; it just depends on which reading you choose and what you want to get out of it. Over time I hope to offer my herbalism and plant knowledge in conjunction with astrology.
